| A beautiful front and behind make the body curvaceous. Butt augmentation can be carried out with either bio-compatible material or with one’s own fatty tissues. In our center, we advocate the use of Autologous fat transfer for butt augmentation. With this procedure, fat is harvested thru a liposuction. It is processed is such a way that it can survive once transplanted into the gluteal area. Swelling is expected. There may be a percentage of fat absorption by the body, however, there will be a significant volume that will be retained to increase and enhance the butt. |
