• Breast Augmentation
Asian women are predominantly small-breasted. Massages, creams, exercise, breast enhancing bras, foam padding have all been used to enhance the female breasts.
Now, women have a choice. Silicone or Saline-filled breast implants or Autologous fat transfer.
Breast implants are inserted via surgery behind the patient’s breasts. The incision placed either around the areola (peri-areolar), at the inframammary crease (inframammary) or thru the armpits (trans axillary approach)
For Autologous Fat Transfer, your own fat is harvested through liposuction and then processed to be injected into your breasts. While silicone implants are permanent, fat injections into the breasts has a significant rate of absorption which only mildly increases patient’s breast cup. In case of full fat absorption, either more fat can be injected to the breasts or breast implants are added.
